Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our healthcare facility in Beloit, WI. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for administering radiopharmaceuticals and performing specialized imaging procedures on patients to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
As an Nuclear Medicine Technologist you will:
- Prepare and maintain the catheterization laboratory with all necessary equipment, supplies, and medications prior to procedures.
- Assist the Cardiologist during catheterization procedures, including angioplasties, stent placements, and pacemaker insertions.
- Monitor patients' vitals, report any abnormalities, and take appropriate action.
- Operate and troubleshoot complex imaging equipment such as angiography machines, echocardiogram machines, and intravascular ultrasound equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Administer medications and contrast agents as directed by the Cardiologist.
- Provide patient care and support throughout the catheterization procedure, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Document all procedures, patient data, and outcomes accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and patients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in catheterization procedures and imaging technology
Schedule Details:
Day Shift:
8-hour shift
Variable start times, 6am/7am or 8am
Full-time, permanent placement.
Qualifications
- Certification or licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine imaging procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining nuclear medicine equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
