Summary: A Support Center Analyst provides technical assistance and support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. They act as the first point of contact for IT-related concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain business continuity.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
- Provide remote or in-person technical support to users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and software.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
