Job Title: Telemetry / Monitor Technician (Night Shift)
Location: 34 Maple Street, Norwalk, CT 06856
Weekly Guarantee: 36 hours
We are seeking an experienced Telemetry / Monitor Technician for a night shift contract assignment. This role is based in a 366-bed acute care academic medical center and involves continuous cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation.
ScheduleShift: Night (12-hour shifts)
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: Rotating, including every other weekend
Shift Length: 11.5 hours (30-minute unpaid break)
On-Call: Not required
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias
Accurately document EKG measurements
Identify changes in patient conditions and escalate to nursing staff promptly
Maintain continuous telemetry monitoring for assigned patients
