Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting permanent opportunity for a Lead Medical Technologist in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This full-time leadership role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $29.89 to $44.84, based on experience, for three 12-hour evening shifts per week.

- Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory during evening shifts, ensuring accurate and timely test results
- Perform complex laboratory testing across multiple disciplines, including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology
- Review and validate test results, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure quality control standards are met
- Supervise and mentor lab staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Maintain compliance with all hospital, CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care support
- Assist in maintaining inventory, evaluating new equipment, and implementing process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- Oklahoma state licensure (if applicable)
- 1+ years of related experience.
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory instruments, testing procedures, and quality systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
