Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting permanent opportunity for a Medical Technologist in Glenpool, Oklahoma. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $27.17 to $40.76, based on experience, for three 12-hour night shifts per week.

- Perform and analyze laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all test results
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain complex laboratory instruments and analyzers
- Conduct quality control checks and participate in proficiency testing programs
- Communicate test results clearly and promptly to physicians and nursing staff
- Follow safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support laboratory workflow efficiency and assist with training when needed
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- Oklahoma state licensure (if applicable)
- 1+ years lab experience with high complexity testing.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
