Lead with expertise as our Lab Director in Boca Raton, FL! Oversee laboratory operations in an acute care hospital setting, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality patient services across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, manage, and coordinate lab functions, including administrative, fiscal, and technical activities.

• Plan, organize, and supervise staff to deliver prompt, accurate, and cost-effective services.

• Ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, policies, procedures, and Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel requirements.

• Drive quality services, process improvements, and efficient operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education/experience combination recognized by Florida for Clinical Laboratory Supervisor.

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in an acute care hospital laboratory.

• Current or eligible Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license in at least 3 of: Microbiology, Serology, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunohematology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.

• ASCP National Certification as a Medical Technologist.
