Shift Type: Monday-Friday with Saturday rotation, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Day, rotating weekends)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms, including 3-D mammography using Hologic 3D equipment
• Operate imaging equipment safely and follow imaging protocols to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication during exams to put patients at ease
• Accurately document exams and patient information in Epic and maintain compliant patient records
• Manage a steady daily caseload (approx. 150 studies) while maintaining image quality and efficiency
• Float to different departments within the main campus as needed to support patient care
• Adhere to facility infection control and vaccination guidelines and participate in departmental safety practices

• California Mammography Radiologic Technologist license (required)
• ARRT (R) registration required; ARRT (M) preferred
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant mammography or radiologic technologist experience (screening/diagnostic experience preferred)
• Comfortable using Hologic 3D systems and Epic charting
• Willingness to float to different departments and work scheduled Saturday rotations
• First-time travelers welcome

• Strong knowledge of screening and diagnostic mammography techniques, including 3-D mammography
• Proficiency with Hologic 3D imaging systems
• Experience with Epic electronic health record for charting and documentation
• Ability to manage a high daily caseload while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Excellent patient communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with radiology safety standards, infection control, and facility vaccination guidelines
