Position Summary:
Experienced laboratory professional responsible for performing advanced analyses and testing to support research, development, and quality control. Works independently with minimal supervision, contributes to process improvements, and ensures accurate data generation and compliance with established standards.
Additional Details:
Pay range: $24 to $ 27/hour on W2 as per your experience
Contract Length: 12 Months with the possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced chemical, biological, physical, and/or mechanical testing and analysis
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues with minimal guidance
- Compile, analyze, interpret, and document data accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Recommend and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate within a team environment and provide guidance to junior staff as needed
- Maintain laboratory equipment and support inspection and product evaluation activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in a laboratory or technical environment
- Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and analytical techniques
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills
- Experience with inspection procedures and/or product line evaluation
- Proficiency in computer systems and data documentation tools
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
