License: Not specified Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Proficiency in performing various laboratory techniques, including blood sampling, hematology, chemistry, microbiology, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood banking. Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures. Ability to accurately record and manage data using laboratory information systems (LIS). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Description: Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols and guidelines. Collect, process, and analyze samples, including blood, urine, and tissue specimens. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments. Prepare reagents, solutions, and media for testing purposes. Maintain accurate records of test results and data management. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Collaborate with other laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Experience in phlebotomy or working in a hospital setting is a plus.
