Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist Profession: Laboratory Specialty: Clinical Lab Scientist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:00 - 14:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospital experience required License: State License required Certifications: ASCP-MLT required Must-Have: Strong generalist experience Epic experience required Willingness to work rotating weekends Description: Strong generalist experience required. Epic experience required. Start times may vary between 0500 and 0700 as needed. Rotating weekends are required, but may exceed every other to meet unit needs. Scheduling preferences can be considered but are not guaranteed. All requests for time off need to be included at the time of submission. Must have a minimum of one year of hospital experience. First-time travelers are accepted. No on-call requirements. No floating between like units is required. Pending licenses will not be accepted. Must commit to working three out of five holidays. References must be provided. All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. If required for the assignment, communication devices will be provided at no cost. Maximum reimbursement for work-related cell phone use will be set. Modules are completed pre-start and annually. Time spent on modules is self-reported and recorded.
