Travel MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) | Longmont, CO

We’re hiring an experienced MLT/MT Generalist for a high-paying travel opportunity in Longmont, Colorado. Ideal for candidates with strong blood bank experience who can work independently in a fast-paced lab setting.

Location: Longmont, CO 80501
Pay:$2,200 – $2,500 Gross Weekly
Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Radius Rule: 60 miles (Driver’s License required at submission)

• MLT or MT Certification (ASCP or AMT required)
• Minimum 2+ years of recent generalist experience
• Strong Blood Bank experience (required)
• Comfortable working independently with minimal overlap
• EPIC experience preferred
• No phlebotomy / no patient contact (BLS not required)

• Generalist role covering:

• Chemistry

• Hematology

• Coagulation

• Urinalysis

• Blood Bank
  • No Microbiology (except gram stains & rapid testing)

• Perform and analyze laboratory testing across core departments
• Handle blood bank testing and procedures
• Accurately document results in EPIC LIS/EMR
• Maintain quality control and lab standards
• Operate and maintain lab instrumentation
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, independent environment

• No call requirement
• Holiday work required
• Pre-determined schedule (option to pick up extra shifts)
• Department-specific orientation provided
• Must be in-state during orientation week
