Shift Type: Typically 4 nights/week, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (10-hour night shifts to total ~40 hours/week)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities- Perform blood bank testing and transfusion-related procedures with accuracy and care
- Run and maintain specialized analyzers including Cobas, Sysmex and Stago
- Process and evaluate urinalysis and limited microbiology specimens promptly
- Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling and chain-of-custody for patient safety
- Follow quality control, calibration and maintenance protocols for laboratory equipment
- Document results, troubleshoot instrument flags and escalate critical findings appropriately
- Collaborate with the laboratory team and clinical staff to support patient care
- Current National MLT license / state MLT license required
- Hands-on experience with Cobas, Sysmex, Stago or similar analyzers preferred
- Proven experience in Blood Bank, Urinalysis and foundational Microbiology
- Comfortable operating and performing preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment
- Strong team player with good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work night shift hours and meet a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule
- Medical Laboratory Technician certification / equivalent (current National MLT license required)
- Knowledge of blood bank procedures, transfusion testing and compatibility
- Proficiency in urinalysis techniques and basic microbiology processing
- Familiarity with laboratory quality control, documentation and regulatory standards
- Skill operating Cobas, Sysmex, Stago analyzers and other specialized lab equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot instruments, interpret flags and perform routine maintenance
