Travel Medical Assistant (MA) - $880 to $920 per week in Philadelphia, PA

Location: Limerick, PA (Primary) | Phoenixville, PA (Secondary – as needed)

• Week 1 (Training): Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Week 2 and Ongoing: Rotating schedule

  • One evening shift per week required until 7:00 PM

    • Evening will fall on Monday or Tuesday

    • Only candidates available for Monday/Tuesday evenings until 7:00 PM will be considered

• Saturday Requirement:

  • One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Location: Penn Care for Kids – Phoenixville

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

(Schedules may vary week to week and will include one evening shift.)

• Room patients and assist providers during visits

• Handle patient phone calls and messages

• Schedule and book patient appointments

• Perform administrative and clinical duties as assigned

• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant

• EPIC EMR experience preferred

• Ability to float between Limerick and Phoenixville locations

• Strong communication, multitasking, and patient-care skills

• In-person interview required
