Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Seattle, WA 98104. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity (Possibility of extension or conversion).

Job Details:

  • Job Name: Medical Assistant

  • Location: Seattle, WA 98104

  • Duration: 6+ months Contract (Possibility of extension or conversion)

  • Payrate: $25/hr – $29/hr (W2, based on experience and qualifications)

  • Schedule: Mon-Thu, 7:00am – 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Room patients and record vital signs

  • Manage inbasket and between-visit care needs (Vision, vaccines, hearing exams, CLIA testing)

  • Assist with patient care tasks as needed

  • Communicate with patients regarding care and procedures

  • Update patient information in EMR systems

  • Support team workflow in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

  • Provide excellent patient service and professional interactions

  • Complete all other duties as assigned

Must have qualifications/experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of Primary Care or Pediatrics experience preferred

  • MA-C certification required
