Travel Medical Assistant (MA) - $25 to $29 per hour in Seattle, WA

Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client in Seattle, WA 98115. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to gain hands-on clinical experience while working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA 98115
Shift: Flexible between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 4–5 days/week
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Payrate: $25–29/hr. on W2 (based on experience and qualifications)

Clinical Duties:

• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Assist with patient exams, minor procedures, injections, and medications
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic lab tests
• Prepare and sterilize medical instruments
• Room patients, collect medical histories, assist with wound care and suture removal

Administrative Duties:

• Schedule appointments and maintain EHR (EPIC)
• Coordinate referrals and lab services
• Communicate with patients about procedures, medications, and follow-ups

• High School diploma or GED
• Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program
• Washington State MA-C certification required
• BLS certification (AHA)
• At least 6 months clinical experience preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar EHR
