Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Assistant Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Experience: Minimum 3 years License: Must meet criteria for Medical Assistant in the State of Arizona Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experienced Certified Medical Assistant for an Outpatient Surgery/ENT Clinic. Description: The position requires a certified medical assistant with experience. Candidates must meet the criteria for the medical assistant role in the State of Arizona. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Housing information can be found in the designated section. Travelers may occasionally be expected to float to other departments where they are qualified. Tasks may include taking a patient load if experienced or performing task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and phones. Holiday coverage is not required. Bilingual skills are not a requirement.
