Mandatory Experience:
  • Certified Medical Assistant.
  • Work hours will range between 6:45am and 6pm with Tuesday having extended hours until 8pm.
  • MA must work up until the Physician is completed with all patients. Therefore, need Schedules are adjusted as needed in cases of shifts worked over 8 hours.  The practice manager releases shift schedules 1 week in advance. 
  • Assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of high-quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets.
  • MA provides patient care through performance of patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and patient/family communication. 
  • Previous EPIC experience preferred.
