Job Description:

The Mammography Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. This includes performing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services. The technologist demonstrates proficiency in routine mammography procedures, including screening and diagnostic mammography, needle localization, and specimen imaging.

Requirements:

• FL Rad Tech license
• ARRT Mammography certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1+ year recent mammography experience
• Must have secured housing at time of acceptance
• AHCA required for FL placements
