Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Valid RN or RTR license with current state licensure in Wisconsin
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (preferred); RCIS (preferred)
  • Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of experience working in a Cath Lab setting, with familiarity in diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Other Requirements: Ability to manage conscious sedation and titrate/manage drips (RN); scrub and panning skills (RTR); ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment; strong communication and critical thinking skills

**Job Responsibilities**
  • Provide skilled Interventional Radiology procedures in a high-volume Cath Lab environment, including diagnostic and interventional cases such as RHC, LHC, STEMI/NSTEMI, CTO, and valvuloplasty.
  • Assist with hybrid procedures like TAVRs, Watchman device placements, and AAA grafts, ensuring patient safety and procedural success.
  • Manage and monitor sedated patients, titrate and manage drips, and assist with conscious sedation protocols as an RN or RTR.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC and operate sophisticated equipment including GE C-arms, GE hemodynamics systems, and other specialized tools.
  • Collaborate closely with cardiology, anesthesia, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure seamless workflow and optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
