Job Description:

The position requires a Social Worker to provide PEDS Acute Care Management with duties including crisis intervention, grief and bereavement, and discharge planning. This role involves team-based coverage and managing patients on multiple floors in a Level 1 Children's hospital.

Requirements:

• Active Mississippi license (LMSW or LCSW)
• At least 2 years of PEDS Acute Care Management experience
• High acuity PEDS experience preferred
• EPIC charting experience
• Current BLS certification
• FLU vaccine required (medical exemption requires documentation)
