Job Description:

MUST HAVE ALASKA SOCIAL WORK LICENSE IN HAND PRIOR TO SUBMISSION. It is a Master’s Social Worker position. LMSW required.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment of social situations/needs and writes plans accordingly.
• Participates in multidisciplinary team rounds for Discharge Planning.

Requirements:

• Must have active SW license with Alaska.
• Experience with EMR-EPIC and MIDAS.
• Must have secured housing and transportation before accepting the assignment.
• Required: LMSW, Masters in Social Work or equal educational degree.
• Independent starter, willingness to consult with other professionals, creativity-Alaska is unique along with its issues.
