Job Overview
Seeking a Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide compassionate, professional care in a skilled nursing environment. This role requires coverage every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care
