Pay Rate: $72,228 - $95,296/Yearly.

Summary: The Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Supervisor is responsible for all administrative and clinical functioning of the IDD program. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a minimum of one late evening shift per week. Based on the needs of the clients and the program, additional hours are expected including evening and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide standard and clinical supervision to staff members utilizing a variety of supervisory methodologies.
• Manage and process crisis situations with program staff and clients.
• Maintain electronic medical record training and be able to train new staff and maintain ability to assist staff with questions and concerns.
• Review all treatment records and reports pertaining to the treatment and the rendering of services to clients and provide direction for documentation improvement.
• Responsible for participating in monthly Total Quality Management Committee meeting, actively implement the agency’s quality improvement initiatives within their assigned areas, monitor the implementation and adherence to the established quality improvement initiatives, activities and policies.
