Travel Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) - $2,960 to $3,120 per week in Kapaa, HI

Pay Rate: $74.00 - $78.00/Hourly.

Summary:  The Social Worker is responsible for providing crisis intervention, psychotherapy, family therapy, and comprehensive case management services for assigned patients/residents and their families. This position may also lead or assist with the referral and admission process for assigned new referrals and provides technical guidance to doctors, other hospital staff, and outside agencies on the methods and procedures for handling a particular case, within State and Federal guidelines.  Position requires travel to and from other facilities within the region.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients and families.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support.
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-acute services.
• Identify and connect patients with community resources and support services.
• Advocate for patient rights and access to care.
