Summary: The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) provides psychosocial assessment, counseling, care coordination, and advocacy services to individuals, families, and communities. Working under supervision when required, the LMSW supports clients in addressing social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental challenges to improve overall functioning and well-being.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care or service plans.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and supportive services within scope of practice.
• Assist clients with accessing community resources and support services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and case managers.
• Advocate for clients’ needs related to healthcare, housing, financial, and social services.
