Must be able to do CIWA/COWS, UAs and be ableto set/hold firm empathic boundaries Beds: 50 (20female/30 male)Nurse/Patient ratio: 1 nurse on night shift; For the7p-11p of the shift there are 2-3 BHA (techs) on shift. 11p-7 there is 1 techon shift.EMR: HCS - electronicAdditional Information: Voluntary patients, norestraints, Admin on call and Doctor on call at all times, no on-site security.Visiting hours are Sundays 1-4p. Orientation is 2-3 days of 12 hour shiftstraining until comfortable. Thedisciplines we can accept are LMSW, LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MLADC, LADC, LPC. open to Out of state licensure as long as the canpractice in Iowa.  Must have valid CADC,ICADC or ability to obtain within 6 months* Required Experience:2+ year professional working with patients in a recovery setting. Dress Code: Businesscasual  hours a week with rotating weekend.1x per 5 weeks.
