Job Title: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Profession: Social Services Specialty: LCSW Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required License: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Certifications: Must have LCSW Description: The position requires a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Weekends are required once every two weeks. The expected patient ratio is 1:40. Candidates will not float between units. On-call duties are not required. All scrub colors are acceptable; specific areas provide scrubs. Experience with the charting system EPIC is required. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays during the contract period. Travelers may be expected to float between facilities as needed. A vehicle is required for this assignment. Candidates must provide two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years. The daily census and patient demographics are relevant to the role. Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration are emphasized. Special procedures and equipment details may be applicable. Modules must be completed pre-start and annually. Modules are considered non-billable and the time spent is self-reported.
