Make a meaningful impact as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Joshua Tree, CA. We are seeking an experienced LCSW who will advocate for patients to help them gain access to resources while addressing mental health, addiction, and trauma-related needs. Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Two years of supervised clinical experience providing mental health or behavioral health services.
- Current LCSW license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Experience with hospital-based case management and discharge planning.
- Clinical skills in psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and care coordination across interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used for documentation in acute care settings.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required facility credentials and background checks for hospital staff.
- Preferred: Experience working in rural or desert healthcare environments and familiarity with community resource networks in San Bernardino County.
