Job Title: Paramedic Profession: Paramedic Specialty: Emergency Medical Service Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of like experience in the last 2 years. License: Current VA Certification or approved VA EMT reciprocity with proof of FBI fingerprint check. National certification required if applying from out of state. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Paramedic Certification (Equivalency), FEMA ICS 100, 200, and 700. Hazmat Awareness certification preferred but not required. Must-Have: - Minimum of 1 year of like experience in the last 2 years. - Current VA Certification. - AHA ACLS and PALS certifications. - FEMA ICS 100, 200, and 700 certifications. - Hazmat Awareness certification preferred. Description: This position requires a Paramedic to work in the Emergency Medical Service. The role involves ground transport responsibilities during the night shift. Candidates must have prior travel experience. All applicants should be aware that the position is non-driving. Uniform pants and shirts will be provided. The client reserves the right to cancel assignments up to 36 hours in advance due to census changes. Successful candidates will need to explain any gaps in employment exceeding 90 days.
