Job Title: Dental Assistant Profession: Dentistry Specialty: Dental Assistant Duration: 9 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (09:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum one year experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant License: New York license required Certifications: Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Program preferred Must-Have: High school diploma or GED required. EPIC experience preferred. Description: The position is for a Dental Assistant in the Adult Dental Oral Surgery department. The assignment is a 9-week contract covering a leave of absence. Shifts are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 60-minute break. Two positions are available. Candidates are required to have at least one year of experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED. Preferred qualifications include completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Program. Previous experience with the EPIC system is advantageous. The role requires adherence to all stated qualifications and conditions.
