• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Surgical Technologist certification preferred
• Certifications Requirements:
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • ACLS certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of surgical technology experience in a hospital setting
  • Experience with various surgical specialties such as ENT, Orthopedics, Urology, and Vascular
  • Prior experience working in trauma level III facility preferred
• Other Requirements:
  • Ability to float between multiple sites as scheduled
  • Proficiency with EPIC charting system
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills
