Job Description:

As a Local Travel CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate and professional manner. This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to various healthcare settings within the Weiser area.

• Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
• Help patients with mobility and positioning, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Provide support to nursing staff and contribute to the overall care team.
• Maintain patient hygiene and assist with wound care, as directed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient rooms.
• Assist with patient transfers and transportation as needed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families, maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification in the state of Idaho.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• At least 6 months of experience in a CNA role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay up to $26.50/hour, based on experience.
