Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential operational and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day administrative functions within a healthcare setting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to department staff and leadership
  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and coordination of meetings
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
  • Coordinate office workflows and support daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare systems
  • Prior experience supporting clinical or administrative healthcare teams
Education & Certification Requirements
