Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - $46 to $50 per hour in Bismarck, ND

Job Title: Surgical Technologist (Surgical Tech)

Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (12×3)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Pay Rate: $46 – $50 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in Bismarck, ND. The Surgical Tech will assist in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, ensuring sterile environments, and supporting surgeons and nursing staff to deliver optimal patient care.

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures
• Set up operating rooms with surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs
• Ensure all surgical instruments are properly sterilized and accounted for
• Monitor and maintain aseptic techniques throughout procedures
• Handle specimens according to protocol
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and efficiency

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Minimum 2 years of recent Surgical Tech experience
• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred
• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
