• Assist occupational therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans that help patients regain independence
• Guide patients through daily living skills, mobility exercises, and functional activities to maximize outcomes
• Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, nurses, and physicians to coordinate comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on techniques and strategies to support recovery at home
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support continuity of care and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to a positive team culture that puts patient dignity and progress first

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required
• Comfortable working in an in-person Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting—SNF experience preferred
• Able to commit to a 13-week contract in Live Oak, CA
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication and patient education abilities

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential and required state licensure

• Practical knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and ADL training
• Patient-centered care and mobility assistance
• Clear, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborative care and interdisciplinary communication
• Ability to teach and coach patients and families in therapy techniques
