• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions under OT supervision to help residents regain independence and function
• Assist with care planning and provide clear, compassionate patient and family education to support meaningful recovery goals
• Complete accurate and timely documentation to ensure continuity of care and meet regulatory requirements

• Active California COTA license (required)
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the rehab team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation detail
• Ability to work collaboratively under OT supervision in a skilled nursing facility

• Knowledge of skilled OT interventions appropriate for SNF residents
• Excellent patient and team communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and precise documentation practices
• Experience with patient education and care planning in a rehabilitation setting
