• Provide occupational therapy treatments per each resident's plan of care to support recovery and function
• Support residents with activities of daily living and functional tasks to promote independence
• Communicate resident progress and any concerns clearly to the supervising occupational therapist and care team

• Active California COTA license (required)
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
• Strong communication skills to report progress to supervising OT and collaborate with the care team
• Ability to work full-time in a resident-focused setting

• Foundational occupational therapy principles and geriatric care
• Skilled support of activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional task training
• Ability to follow and implement plans of care
• Collaborative teamwork and clear clinical communication
