Well respected Outpatient Facility (On Site Touch) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in San Francisco, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment. Onsite touch outpatient therapy provides specialized, hands-on rehabilitation—including physical, occupational, and speech therapy—directly at a facility (such as a nursing home, assisted living community, or dedicated clinic) to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. These services are tailored for individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions without requiring a hospital stay.
Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OTA-CA
Certifications: BLS
BLS and NPI
Preferred Qualifications
