- Provide skilled support services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Implement treatment plans designed by the OT to improve residents abilities in activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, cognition, and psychosocial functioning.
- Assist with resident evaluations and contribute to documentation related to functional status and progress.
- Deliver direct therapy services in a compassionate, safe, and effective manner.
- Monitor residents responses to interventions and promptly report changes or concerns to the OT.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and communicate relevant updates about residents.

- Work within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and transferring residents as required.
