Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Missouri license or Compact COTA license required to start the assignment. (Compact: TRUE)
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
- 2 years of COTA/OT experience highly preferred.
- Long-term care (LTC) or inpatient rehab experience highly preferred.
- Resume required.
- COTA skills checklist from within the last year required.
- 0–1 supervisory reference from within the last year required.

- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift pattern: 5x8, 8 hour days.
- Weekend requirement: No weekends.
- Possible float to other facility locations.
- Assignment type: Travel contract, 13-week duration.
