Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Missouri license or Compact COTA license required to start the assignment. (Compact: TRUE)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
• 2 years of COTA/OT experience highly preferred.
• Long-term care (LTC) or inpatient rehab experience highly preferred.
• Resume required.
• COTA skills checklist from within the last year required.
• 0–1 supervisory reference from within the last year required.
