Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,362 to $1,562 per week in Rolla, MO

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Missouri state license or compact-license eligible. State license is required to start the assignment.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• Minimum 1 year of OTA experience required.
• Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing or rehab settings is required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to complete documentation, progress notes, and communicate care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Willingness to treat patients with therapeutic and self-care activities and instruct caregivers and family members.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Schedule: Day shift Monday–Friday, 35 hours guaranteed.
• Weekend Requirement: No weekends.
• Assignment Type: Travel contract, 13-week duration.
