Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active North Carolina COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Patient documentation and progress note experience required.
- Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience with geriatric or post-acute populations preferred.
