Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Maryland COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience providing goal-directed ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and functional mobility interventions preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records preferred.
• Availability for a 5x8 day schedule and ability to work occasional weekends if requested preferred.

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Work days: Sunday through Saturday coverage listed; typical schedule is 5x8 (five days per week).
