Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required.
• Experience using Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer documentation system preferred.
• Current competency with common SNF rehab procedures and documentation practices.
