Job Title: Cath Lab Angio Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CV Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related field License: X-ray license and RCIS or ARRT certifications Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Experience in Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Cardiac Stent Placement, and Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) Description: Seeking a Cath Lab Angio Tech with an x-ray license. The ideal candidate will have experience in both diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations. Required skills include cardiac stent placement and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Candidates must be familiar with equipment setup and isolation precautions. The role includes late call shifts during weeknights and weekend calls. Travelers are expected to float within the system as needed. All education and training assignments must be completed within one week of the assignment. Mandatory cancellations may occur due to low census. Background checks with no felony hits are required. Compliance documents must be submitted prior to the start of the assignment. Candidates must provide a reference from a charge nurse or manager from the past year. Maximum 7 days of requested time off will be allowed. No requests for time off will be accepted within the first 2 weeks. Oregon State License or proof of application is necessary for submission. This position requires a thorough understanding of the Epic charting system. References will need to include details from recent supervisory experience. Skills in equipment setup, patient care, and safety protocols are essential for this role.
