Transitional Kindergarten Teacher

Navigator teachers are dedicated, passionate professionals who are driven to impact the lives of traditionally underserved students. Teachers are coached weekly to constantly improve their practice, use technology on a daily basis in Navigator’s cutting edge blended educational program, build and promote critical thinking skills, and maintain strong relationships with students in order to deliver an exceptional educational experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and a valid California Teaching Credential required
• Certified to teach TK  with 24 ECE units
• 1-3 years of teaching experience working with a diverse student population preferred
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Driven to obliterate the achievement gap by providing high-quality education to every student that walks through our doors, regardless of any barriers they may have faced in the past
• Committed to evolving personal teaching practices and instructional delivery in order to best serve students
