Road & Rail Services is hiring a Transfer Operator to join our Indianapolis operations team. This position plays a critical role in safely transferring materials between railcars, trucks, and storage tanks in an outdoor industrial environment.

In this role, you will:

• Safely operate pumps, valves, hoses, and manifold systems during product transfers
• Monitor gauges, flow rates, and transfer processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Complete required documentation and transfer records accurately
• Coordinate with rail crews, truck drivers, and site personnel to maintain workflow
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations at all times

This is a hands-on position requiring physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working around industrial equipment and following strict safety standards.

Schedule: Day shift with rotating weekend coverage
Pay: $20 per hour
