Transaction Coordinator

We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Florida Real Estate Experience required, and a license is very important.

$50,000 DOE

• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
• Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
• Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed
• Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
• Real estate license preferred
