We are currently looking for a highly motivated and diligent Permanent Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where you will play a critical role in managing financial transactions and providing strategic advisory services. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing expert advice to help our clients make informed financial decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), ASC 606, ASC 842, and Power BI.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide transaction advisory services, including due diligence, valuation, and financial modeling.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with ASC 606 and ASC 842.
  • Analyze complex financial data and prepare detailed reports to help clients understand their financial position and make strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their professional growth.
  • Use Power BI to create interactive visualizations and business intelligence reports.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to ensure the company's financial operations stay competitive.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including building relationships with potential clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 842.
  • Proficient in Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also a team player.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
