Role Location: Preference for candidates in major Eastern U.S. hubs like Minneapolis, Chicago, Raleigh, Atlanta, Boston, etc. to facilitate travel to US and international sites.

Join a global leader in regenerative medicine in a strategic Training & Development Manager position. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on shaping the technical learning curricula for domestic and international operations within the company's QMS. You will lead a team that partners with the departmental SMEs in training program development including learning path and competency alignment, content creation, and content delivery. Oversee global tracking, reporting, and audit representation for the training function.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree

  • 5+ years of training leadership in a highly regulated industry (Med-Device or Pharma preferred).

  • Strong background in Quality Management Systems (preferably SmartSolve and MasterControl)and audit readiness.

  • Experience developing SOPs to ensure consistency in training and skills development
  • Experience managing a team and navigating complex, multi-site global environments.

  • Willingness and ability to travel 20-25%, including international travel
